Yes. Rent the equipment on its own, or choose a fully managed package where our technical team handles setup, operation and live support. Most organisers choose the managed option for reliability on event day.

What equipment can I rent?

Do the self-service kiosks print badges on the spot?

Yes. Visitors register at the kiosk by QR, RFID or NFC, and the badge prints immediately, reducing waiting times at the entrance.

What if the venue internet fails?

We supply our own fixed and mobile 5G routers plus portable power, so registration and printing keep running independently of venue Wi-Fi.

Do you deliver across the GCC?

Yes. We deliver, set up and operate equipment for events in Riyadh, across Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC, with safe packaging and on-schedule delivery.

What happens if a device fails during the event?

We bring backup units and consumables to every deployment, so a single failure is resolved on the spot without interrupting the queue.
